Services are available for the Canberra Area​

Provide Care

A home visit includes:
Food and water, time socialising and checking on pets
- $25 per visit (1-2 pets)

​Free Services (as needed):
​Setting up Visits, Administering medication, Mail and Bin collection, turning on Automatic / Timed Garden Irrigation, and taking care of Fish

Walks / Exercise

Price breakdown:

Extra service (added to a home visit) / per visit
10 minutes - $8 
15 minutes - $12 
20 minutes - $15 
30 minutes - $20 

As a sole service (walking / exercise only) / per visit
15 minutes - $24 
20 minutes - $27 
​30 minutes - $32 

Additional Services

Additional Pets:
$2 per pet
Please note: Chickens, Guinea Pigs, Birds, and other small animals housed in one pen or cage is considered one pet 
- Exception: Bird Aviaries will be quoted at time of booking 

Poop Scoop - $5
​Garden Care (extra service):
Watering, including pots and / or manual watering - $5
- For over 15 Garden / Pot Plants -
- We aim to visit during allowable watering times, i.e. 0700-1000 and dusk; during peak periods, this service will be dependent on the time available.

Please note:

*    Christmas Day and Boxing Day incur a surcharge of $5 per visit.

*    All payment is required in advance or made available at the first visit.

*    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings made during peak periods (December, January, Easter and school holidays)

*    A 50% refund (in the form of credits) for paid visits that are cancelled except during peak periods (This does not apply to peak periods where a refund cannot be made.)
